Good flat pedals that won't gash your leg?

I made the transition to flat pedals 2 years ago after years of clipless xc riding. Tried some basic $40 Rockbros flat pedals and some slightly better Giant flats but both of them have the studded nail grips which work well but are razor sharp. Have scars all over my legs from slips and mishaps. Tried filing them down a bit and even removing them but the pedals lose grip, especially if it's wet. Just wondering if their are any pedals on the market that are not stupid expensive but offer good grip with minimal risk to my legs.

Your pedals won't be losing grip in the wet, your shoes will. The risk to your legs is from bouncing/slipping feet, the solution is more grip not less.
