Fox DHX 5.0 Air Vs Rock Shox Vivid Air

Hi all,

Been toying around with the idea of going air for the rear shock on the DH rig, either a Fox DHX 5.0 air or Vivid Air. Been trolling round the internet trying to get some feed back on the Fox shock with not much luck. I'm leaning towards the Fox DHX just because of the pro-pedal switch, which I think I would use alot. Just wondering if anyone here had any feedback regardings these shocks, esp the Fox. Is it a good idea, can the shock take the abuse? adv/disadv? which is better? etc etc....... any info would be much appreciated.... Thanks

If its going on a dh bike.
Vivid air hands down. Those things are incredible. They're more a dh specific shock than the DHX, and will be much more consistent. I'd definately go one over a DHX.
