you do understand that a softer spring will cause you to bottom out more frequently and thus make the frame absorb the shock of landing (thereby causing cracks). If you weigh 40~45kg, that's alright.

oh.. i thought 350 - 300 was roughly the spring suited for me as i weigh about 67 or 71 with gear on
