Originally I waited until frame arrived to measure it, wanted to be 110% certain.

8mm x 21.8mm front/downtube, 8mm x 38mm rear triangle - both of the frames i've received have been the same. I've been using a RWC/Enduro needle bearing in the rear, improved sensitivity a fair deal. Can develop play over time though.
