I actually spoke with this guy and the wheel I wanted he wasn't so keen to part with. I bought a new one instead.

No idea! I was in negotiations but the bloke has been inundated with messages so I think I've missed out. It might have been a Bontrager something or other.

I was going to offer you a low end giant one for free as a jigsaw puzzle (unlaced) but remembered I had stolen the axle for a friends kids bike.
