Focus Sam Mullet

I have a Focus Sam which I am thinking of turning into a mullet park bike.
It currently has 160mm front and back with 27.5 wheels.
So thinking of adding a 29er front and smaller cassette with shorter cage derailiuer.

What issues am I likely to run into by doing this, current geo is added

Usually the biggest issue is the increase in stack/front end + BB height (which also slackens HA slightly, which would be a plus for what you intend on doing). Typically you'd want to drop down 20mm or so in front travel to account for the increase in ATC length and retain a similar ride feel. If you can put up with a slightly higher BB, that increase may not be an overly bad thing though, so you'd really need to try it to see whether you like it.
