Eating less f*cking food

This. And some flashy social media post to suck you in, gives you the vibe this is going to be good. The food served on Sunday was slop. Has actually spurred me back onto eat less/eat better. To boot my wifes friend & her husband smash through the take-away, and they were both complaining about not feeling well generally and being unfit...I wonder why?

There might be a link...but how would anyone know?

A lot of usa inspired smoked bbq seems to be sliding from fuck yes to fuck no as well. And while I'm at it...fuck food trucks. Don't go charging me restaurant prices for shit I need to eat off my lap from a dirty caravan in which I doubt you wash your hands properly.

Hmmmm...need a positive, if youre within striking distance of north sydney head to Antica for a rather delicious dining experience. They have joined the trend of offering a good value midweek winter menu (2 course for $69).

Woohoo I hit 92kg (after exercise but what the hell)!

That means I've lost 20kg since Christmas - Also I did my first there and back Wangetti Trail run :)

If you want to see if you can lose weight quicker, get bloods done and check free test. If it's low you will need to modify whole lifestyle. SHBG is the enemy of weight loss in older males.

Sizeable week of work coming up...all morning starts, sigh, and riding between 2 veneues a bit (about 2.5km apart). Will be on the bachelor chow most of the week (which is predominantly protein and fibre...i am expecting some powerful shitting) due to a lack of food options during shift. But I did squeeze in a fucking awesome pizza last night! Salami, mushroom, and black truffle on a wood fired base. It was a delicious farewell to nice food for the week.

I've been doing intermittent fasting for the past few months. I'd say it's not for everyone and it can be hard to stick to. But if you are the kind of person who likes routine then it's pretty good.

For me the hardest part is having a black no sugar coffee in the morning, I really miss a milky sugary coffee.

The raw power if espresso is not for everyone.

On a par with the enjoyment I feel when sipping away at a classic Burnt socks, Dettol and roasted gravel Talisker 10YO Scotch.

Ive often described the heavy whiskies of islay as though one was drinking from an ashtray of cigar butts that caught on fire and were extinguished with hooker piss after an attempt with smother it with kelp failed.
