Why not drop the rev down to 130mm? I know you said you're after 120mm, but it's surely worth a go. Won't cost a cent.

Looking good. Let me know if you need a few 10mm all travel spacers for the Rev. I've got more than a few lying around that I can post your way.

Now, now we all know that isn't true.

I also have some travel spacers somewhere too.

If you're stuck, let me know.
Cheers cobs. Going to have a crack at some home made jobbies today to see how they sit on the bike.

Nice.

Heaps of people have had success with making their own.

It's all coming together, I like it.

Cheers mate. It will have a pretty good build spec...all stuff I no longer use, don't need.....but can't bear to part with :behindsofa:

Frame chopped (yet to be painted), and forks lowered to 130mm (extra neg air sits them at about 120mm)

Building life long memories for the young lad to. Great stuff.
Cheers mate. Finished it tonight, first ride tomorrow. Interesting to see how much travel he gets, to get enough rebound, I had to put a bit more air in the rear shock than I wooda preferred, but it will definitely be nicer to ride than the hardtail...and a couple of kg lighter.
