Ahem.............We still don't have a 64T rear cassettes yet. The other chain rings are only for decoration.
When I ran my HPV racing team I'd fit either a 73T or 80T chainring depending on the circuit. Coupled to a 349mm drive wheel, it needed to be big in order to get a decent final drive ratio capable of being driven north of 70 km/h.

This in the 'beautiful bikes' thread? Shoulda gone to Specsavers!

Interesting concept though, and a good idea IMO - though setting the fork air pressure might involve pretty frequent changes if what you're carrying changes regularly.
 
Those enduro seals are going to fuck the forks. Fixing the chain slack by reducing a few links might shave a few more grams off!
