Anybody handy with dialing in 'older' suspension?

Looking to go through my Specialized Big Hit with someone, if they can help me get it tuned, I have no idea what I'm doing, watched some youtube and read some articles but I'm not 100% sure what a tuned bike should feel like, compared to how my bike rides.
6 Pack of beer for payment etc.

Bike has these shocks:
FORKRockShox Domain 302, 180mm travel, coil spring, external rebound adj., 20mm thru-axle w/ Maxle 360, alloy steerer
REAR SHOCKFox Van R coil piggy back, 8.5x2.5"", rebound adj., S:400, M:450, L:500

The bike

Oddjob

Merry fucking Xmas to you assholes
Looks like all you can do is change springs to change sag and change rebound. If you want more than that you will need to get different shock and fork or custom tune.

Sorry for the grave dig, but if you're interested I can help. I can give them both a refresh for you. You'd be surprised what an oil change can do. Changing oil weight/level if necessary makes a huge improvement to rideability.
