(standard conversion is 114 MW of continuous load ≈ 1 TWh consumed? huh...)
Yup, 1000÷365.25÷24 = 0.114 (3 sig figs).

And you thought real estate agents couldn't get more annoying :)
Can Daniel even call himself a real estate agent?
I'd love to see real estate agents replaced by computers though. What do they even do to justify their outrageous costs? Computers can't be there to physically show the property but they've got the rest of the skillset.

on their team listing.. some of them look like potentially real people/photos
Yep, those just look like bad Photoshop jobs. Someone dragged the slider all the way on some of the filters. At least one of those images started from a blurry source.

Thonisha doesn't look like a real person although sometimes people get enough work done to end up in the uncanny valley. The other theory is they got one of those lifelike dolls in the for photo. The other two people in that photo look like they were actually there.

we've been heavily rolling out Copilot and although there haven't been any product or safety disasters just yet, the proliferation of "the dumbs" is quite evident on a day to day basis.

From an overall business perspective, currently seems there is more harm (from shareholdes) from looking like you are not embracing AI tools, than the detriment from the harm it actually causes...
i.e. can't be seen not cheering on the "Emperors new technology tool"

one benefit of AI is that the focus has shifted away from pushing "innovation" (by managers who don't understand what Innovation is) 🥳

if the Certificate has to have a big "CERTIFICATE" on it to tell you it's a certificate... is it really a certificate?
and what is it certifying anyway?

AI may be bad for some industries, but will be amazing from Real Estate...

Before AI, anyone could be a Real Estate Agent.... after AI, any Thing can be an RE agent....
