Yeah unfortunately, currently replacing the old 14mm hub

What I've done in the past if you have a mate handy with a lathe remove the axle and spin the ends down to 10mm

Will this do?
Has cup and cone bearings. The outer seal on the drive side has a couple of cracks but still ok, the inner seal on that side is still fine (see photos). Disc side is fine. Currently laced to a Weinemann disc bull hub but happy to unlace.
