The separate 29er forum was created when they were a new exciting niche. Now they are pretty much mainstream for XC, what do people think about joining the 29er section back onto the XC section?

Agree, and replace it with a mid-fat forum because that's the new, exciting niche. Endless threads on the current flavour of the month 2.8" XC tyres to race at 20PSI!

Sad day!!
I can't believe my XC bike, with it's clown wheels, no suspension or gears, is now MAINSTREAM :Cry:
Maybe I should look at this NEW wheel size all the young kids are talking about.
