    Smashed up face

Went nicely over the bars today, which resulted in breaking my nose in 3 places, and stitches holding my lip together. Knocked me around a bit. Is wearing a full-face helmet ridiculous for general trail riding?

Rear mech is bent, need some advice

On the weekend I bent my rear derailleur in a crash at the You Yangs. I managed to bend it back enough to finish my ride (minus 2 gears), but it is rubbing and out of alignment. I need a new one. I have a 9 speed rear cassette, and 3 rings at the crank. Does this mean I need a long...
