    yeah i think 36 would be livable. Wasnt sure about box either, there was a lot of news about them a few years ago but havent heard much since. I mean, if they were good wouldnt SRAM have bought them by now???

    if you dont overcommit then you should be able to buy a cheap house for about the same money you pay in rent anyway. live in it for a few years, paint some stuff and tidy up the garden and you will still be out in front. (this depends on where you live, the definition of "cheap house" varies...
