Ha! I did the same. I knew it would be many money’s more than I could ever afford though.
I do believe they are anodised. I think colour or lack of can be chosen too. There is a short frame bonding vid in there somewhere. Looks a lot more solid than a pole in its bonding process and construction.
These are giving me a major bike boner at the moment. The only mood killer is the fact they are bonded together in two halves like a Pole. And we all know how that’s been going.
Keen definitely! Able not so sure. Weekend rides are always a certain lock in but will have to play an arvo/evening ride by ear as I do the kiddo and cooking duties most evenings. I’ll have to count my accumulated brownie points to see if I have enough built up!
Didn’t really know where to put this but I’ve been following a small engineering company building a gearbox bike- Effigear with high pivot. The photos look amazing. Very keen to see the finished product. thought some might find this interesting
If you don’t mind me tagging along next night ride you do in a couple/few weeks let me know. Would love to give it a try. It’s virtually Impossible to get out for arvo/night rides because of the kid but if I organise it it advance it can be done. If I could borrow for the ride that would be...
I’d love to to to have a crack at this night riding caper but have no lights. Would any of you fellas have enough spares to loan out for a ride? Won’t be tomorrow as a leave pass would be required for an evening but soon?
V brakes are easy as pie. Not sure where you get that from. Like the useless heavy suspension forks if they aren’t a super shredder they really don’t need cable disc brakes either. Just my opinion anyway.
I just bought my girl a polygon premier 20 and it’s a ripper little bike.
