do you think it helps in post ride swelling and soreness or is it placebo..... how long have you been doing this ?... I'm interested cause ive tried everything anf the only thing that helps me is GUMMIES after rides......;)

yeah right , im 54 and when i went in to see specialist i asked for a recon but he said i was too young. So i had pretty much all my meniscus taken out and after a year its still fucked.. did all rehab by the book but not really happy with end result.
