Enjoyed racing the 1st Enduro on the G1 last weekend. Got asked many questions about mainly the fork. Bike was flawless with grip and comfort being outstanding for the 43km of pedalling over the weekend. Managed 3rd place which I was happy with.
Recent additions have been a new rear rims, grey rim decals and gold stem/spacer bolts to match the form crown bolts.

What happened to the old rim? Didn't want to upgrade to Fr560s?

How did you go with the weight of the bike over the weekend? I'm wondering how fit I will need to be to make mine work.

Old rim had 2x dings that made it a real battle to seal the tyre along with a flat spot. Was happy with EX511.

Didn't find weight wasn't an issue at all. Bike pedals really well so not an issue for all day rides.

NSR advised I'd done a number on the Dorados.
Air shaft has cracked where it screws onto the valve at the top cap - pretty serious as this is pretty much the only structural part holding the fork together when it tops out.
Probably a long shot. If anyone has or knows of someone with older Dorado Pros 2009+ laying around I'm I need the assembly (Compression Rod 141 25983 -- 26 & 27.5")
No current ETA from Manitou USA unfortunately.

Is it the internal air shaft, or a part of the stanchion? Have you tried Dougal at Shockcraft?

I have said forks (it's actually the MRD version) but it's on my DH bike. Might be cheaper to machine a new shaft than buy my forks.

It's the internal air shaft. Have tried Dougal at Shockcraft he doesn't have an ETA from Manitou. Rulezman said try Hayes GmbH which I have also emailed.

Set at 190mm with Rulezman 47OS drop crown. NSR did the bushings alignment and gave the forks a dyno for a baseline set up. HA is at 61.5° Have some new mutators to go which will slightly steep it and lengthen the rear end to 458mm. Oh and 18.35kg
